eProcure is an electronic procurement system for creating RFQs/tenders, registering suppliers, evaluating bids, and maintaining audit trails aligned with PFMA/MFMA requirements.
How do I register as a supplier? expand_more
Go to Supplier Login, choose Register, and complete the wizard with company details, B-BBEE, tax, and CSD information. Your profile is reviewed before you can apply.
Can I view RFQs without logging in? expand_more
Yes. The public landing page lists open opportunities. Sign in as a supplier to download tender packs and submit responses.
How do I log in? expand_more
Staff use /login with their organisation email. Suppliers use /supplier/login. Use Forgot Password if you need to reset credentials.
What documents do suppliers need? expand_more
Typically: company registration, B-BBEE certificate, tax clearance, CSD registration proof, and any category-specific compliance documents requested on the RFQ.

Which browsers are supported? expand_more
Use the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Enable cookies and JavaScript. Pop-up blockers may interfere with PDF tender packs.
I cannot log in — what should I check? expand_more
Verify email/password, use Forgot Password, confirm your account is active, and ensure you use the correct portal (staff vs supplier). Clear cookies if session issues persist.
How do I escalate a technical issue? expand_more
Email support@eprocure.example.gov.za with screenshots, URL, time of error, and your role (supplier/staff). Reference any error code shown on screen.
How does password reset work? expand_more
Enter your account email on the reset page. Follow the link in the email to choose a new password. Links expire after a short period for security.
